Plantain......mmmmm NumNum

Fancy a new type of food or bored with the past food.

Then look no further.

This food is quick, easy and it is the B.O.M.B

So enjoy the recipe.....

Plantain

Kale

Mushrooms

Get two semi-ripe plaintain such as ...

Cut into havles and split through the middle

Get your tray and foil, lightly spray the foil or rub with oil

Place on the tray into the oven for 25-30 mins.

Gas mark 5, Electric 180 degrees

Check regularly to ensure it is thoroughly cooked.

You can leave in the oven for longer e.g.10mins extra to get a deeper golden brown look

Done!

Serve with kale/mushrooms

Simply rinse the kale, place in a pan add a little water

Low heat until kale starts to soften and water is dried

Tips: To enjoy your vegetables and get the best nutrients, it is always advised to add little water content, allow your vegetable to soak it all up.

Avoid too much water, if you ever find your vegetables is cooked before the the water content dries up, don't dispose the water(that is the nutrients), keep and cook with it or simply drink it.

Thumps up if you like this.

Don't forget to like/share...

Peace, love and foodieeee.
