Thai Curry Noodles

Thank you for visting my food blog.


Yay super excited to finally write this food recipe.

Its a quick and easy one.

You know how much I love a quick and easy recipe.


Utensils you will need:

  • Chopping board

  • Knife

  • Large pan or wok

  • Pan for the noodles


Ingredients you will need:

  1. Can of Coconut milk

  2. Curry powder x2 tsp

  3. Mixed peppers

  4. Onion (whole)

  5. Kaffir Lime leaf (couple of leaves)

  6. White pepper (dash or more pending on preference)

  7. Salt (pinch)

  8. Ginger(1tsp of grated ginger)

  9. Knoor cube chicken (optional)

  10. Noodles or Spaghetti (I used half a sachet).

  11. Condiments of choice (optional)

  12. Oil or butter 1tsp

  13. Prawns

Cooking methods:

  • Place boiling water in pan to help cook the noodles, add 1tsp of butter and pinch of salt for it to cook and simmer, add noodles, cook on a low heat for about 5-10mins. Water should be checked to avoid burning food.

  • Chop mixed pepper and onion.

  • Rinse prawns, add grated ginger, and condiments of choice.

  • Place pan over low heat, add 1tsp of butter or oil to saute the mixed pepper for 3mins.

  • Add prawns to the mixed peppers, add condiments of choice, 1knoor cube, a dash of white ground pepper, and red chili (add more for your preference).

  • Saute for 5-10mins until all prawns are cooked and no longer raw.

  • Add can of coconut milk, Add curry, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, and extra 1knoor cube/cook for 5mins-10mins.

  • Add your noodles or spaghetti.

  • Stir together and voila food is done.
