Healthy Pasta!!!

So this is a quick and easy meal. Thank me later.
You will need the following:
150g of Pasta fusill (From Tesco)
Mixed Spice
Mix pepper (I used half of each bell pepper)
Mushrooms (About 3)
Chives (20strands)
Handful of basil
Red onion (optional, but only need a quarter)
Currypowder
Salt to taste
1tsp of vegetable oil
Feta cheese(optional)
Presto
In a boiling pot of water, add ½tsp of vegetable oil and ½ tsp of curry powder, add mixed spice and a pinch of salt. Stir and reduce heat. Add in pasta to simmer for 5-10mins also add handful of basil. Once cooked, add 1tsp of presto.
Chop or neatly cut into cubes the mixed peppers, chives, red onions and mushrooms.
In a large pan, add ½ tsp of vegetable oil, toss in chopped stuff, stir continuously for 4mins.
Add mixed spice to taste, add the pasta. Leave to cool for 2-3mins.
Add feta cheese and handful of rockets.
Voila food is ready.....
