Helloooooo

Clearly I am excited lol.

So today’s recipe is quick, easy and healthy.

In the past, couple of people have requested for the recipe/cooking info but I was always made

the mistake of forgetting/procrastination. Not cool.

Here we go:

You will need

Salmon (I bought a large side minus bones/head for £10.00).

1tbsp of salt

2tbsp of curry powder (you can tell I love this stuff)

1tbsp of parsley

2 knorr cubes

1tsp of nutmeg

2tsp of crushed chilli (you can increase or decrease to suit your taste).

Cooking:

Carefully was Salmon in lukewarm water (optional)

Place on a foil paper over a tray.

Mix all ingredients together you can add ½ of vegetable oil if you wish.

Distrubte/rub all over the Salmon.

Place foil paper over it.

Place in the oven for 30mins -45mins Gas 6, 180 degrees in electric oven.

Check on after 30mins to ensure it is well cooked. Add couple of minutes more to get a brown look and succulent crisp around the edges...

VOILA!!!

Dinner is served.

The beauty about Salmon, you can serve with anything and everything. I kept the rest frozen. I had it with different meal.

Tip: When getting your Salmon, you can ask the seller to de-scale and cut it up for you. I had 5 fillets in total. If you won’t need all the Salmon, keep in the freezer and re-heat in the oven for the next dish. xoxoxo
