Bulgur Wheat in Coconut Sauce

Hello Guys,
I hope you are awesome!
So I have another exiciting/healthy recipe you would be happy to try.
What you will need:
Bulgur Wheat (I bought TESCO version). - 200G
Mixed vegetable (TESCO)
Coconut Powder - 2tsb
Liquid maggi- 2tsp
Crushed chilli - 1/2 tsp
Onions - half of large onion (optional)
Parsley
In a pot, place warm water and bulgur wheat to simmer for 5mins over a low heat.
Chop onions.
In a large pan or wok, place your chopped onions and saute for 2mins.
Add mixed vegetable, and 1tsp of warm water.
Add your cooked bulgur wheat.
With a large wooden sppon, mix all together and add crushed chilli and add 2tsp of maggi (you can add more to achieve desired taste).
For Coconut Sauce:
Place a pan over a low heat add a bit of warm water (you could use a large kitchen serving spoon to measure the water, do this twice).
Add 2tsb of coconut powder and a dash of parsley (You can add more coconut powder to increase thickness or more water to reduce thickness).
Voila!!! Dinner is ready.
You can serve with Chicken or Salmon.
