Yummy Spaghetti and Fish Sauce

Hello Beautiful,

I hope you have had a fantastic week.

I am happy to quickly showcase this recipe.

What you need:

Spaghetti

Mixed Pepper - Half of 3 different bell peppers

A can of chopped Tomato

A can of Tuna

1tsp of Curry

1tsp of crushed Chilli (optional)

1 and 1/2 of Knorr cube

2tsp of coconut oil

Wok

Method:

In a pot, pour hot water half way, add 1tsp of oil, allow to simmer for 3mins.

Add your Spaghetti and leave to simmer for 5-10mins. After 5mins check half way to make sure the spaghetti is soft enough, if not, cover for another 5mins until soft your desire. You can then set it aside.

In a board, chop your mixed pepper and onions.

In a wok, place on 1 tsp of coconut oil, toss your chopped mixed pepper and onions.

Add curry, crushed chilli, knorr and any other spices you would like.

Stir together, add your tuna another thorough stir.

Finally add your can of chopped tomato.

Toss it all together for a while, leave to simmer for 3-5mins on low heat.

Voila food is ready!
