Chicken Korma - Indian Night

Hello Beautiful People,

Its been forever. I know, I apologise. Its been busy.

So tonight, we are going INDIAN....YES!!!

What you will need:

  • Basmati rice

  • Chicken breast

  • Nan Bread

  • Mixed peppers (Optional)

  • Onions(Optional)

  • Korma jar

  • Maggi

  • 1tsp of curry powder

  • 1/2 tsp of chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp of crushed basil

  • 1/2 tsp of coconut oil

How to cook:

Bring water to boil. Pour boiled water into basmati rice and bring to boil for 5mins.

Rinse chicken breast. Cut into cubes. Saute in a wok, add pinch of salt, maggi, curry powder, basil and coconut oil for 5mins.

Chop onions, mixed peppers into small cubes.

Add chopped mixed pepper and onions into the chicken.

Saute for 5mins more.

Add chicken korma sauce.

Leave it for 5-10mins

Place 'Nan bread' in oven and keep it for 3-5mins under gas 5 or 180degrees

Voila food is ready!
